Auburn Manor 2008 Caregiver of the Year
Kelly Ehlers, Nursing Assistant at Auburn Manor, was announced to be the Caregiver of the Year for 2008 for Auburn Manor, Chaska. Kelly began working as a nursing assistant at Auburn Manor on May 25, 2006. Kelly loves her job. She comes to work every day with a smile and a positive attitude. She is cheerful and friendly with everyone she meets. Her soft and gentle nature helps the residents to feel safe and secure. She takes extra steps to make sure their needs are met. Kelly feels that residents come first. She spends quality time with the residents. Kelly is always willing to help out co-workers. Kelly is someone who is genuine and full of compassion. One of her co-workers commented, "I just want to hug her!" Congratulations, Kelly, our Auburn Manor 2008 Caregiver of the Year!
