Talheim offers 58 apartments in a five story building located in the heart of downtown Chaska, MN. Downtown Chaska is located right on the Minnesota River adding a scenic beauty to the historic feel. There are many trails and parks throughout Chaska, including City Square Park located in the heart of downtown Chaska.

Rent for the one bedroom apartments are based on income. Our easy living apartments are within walking distance of local churches, shopping, dining, recreation, and public transportation.

Apartments are decorated in neutral colors. In addition to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath, each apartment has a walk-in storage closet, fire alarm and sprinkler system, emergency pull cords, and air conditioner sleeve.
